Enter the email address associated with your membership.

Click "Continue." You will receive an email with your login information. You will be prompted to create a new password as soon as you log in.

After logging in, you will see a summary page that will list your membership. If you are in the renewal window, it will allow you to renew or upgrade your membership. You may also add additional people to your membership as an “Add-on.”

To retrieve your membership card, click the "Registrations" tab. You will see your membership information. Click "View Details" to download your membership card.

To simplify and streamline your future experiences, we recommend that you retrieve your log-in information and create your new password now.

Anytime you want to book a birthday party or register for any workshops, camps, etc., you will need to login through your account to receive your discount. You can also save your membership card to you phone for future use.

How do I purchase or renew my membership?
Memberships can be purchased in three easy ways:
o Visit our website at swlakids.org (Click Here to Purchase a Membership button above).
o Call us at 337-426-1559
o Ask us at the front desk during your next visit
What if I already have a membership at the Children's Museum? Do I need to buy another one?
No! We are adding and renaming levels, but the old ones still exist. If you had a "Family Membership," it is now the "Family of 6" membership level. If you had a "Grandparent Membership," it is now the "Family of 12" membership level. If you have questions about your membership, please call us at 337-426-1559. We are happy to help!

Do you sell gift memberships?
Yes! Children’s Museum memberships make a great gift! Give the gift of play for everyday.
Does my membership include the LDWF Nature and Science Center?
No, all memberships are for the Children’s Museum of Southwest Louisiana at Port Wonder only. The Nature and Science Center does not offer memberships at this time.
Who should I list on my membership? Can I share a membership with my friend or other family members?
We know every family is different! All membership levels require at least one named adult and one named child per level. You may name anyone on the membership you will visit with, but you may not transfer names mid-term. Additional adults and children may also be added for $45 each.
Can I apply general admission tickets toward the purchase of a membership?
Absolutely! When you visit the Children’s Museum and purchase general admission tickets, you can apply your ticket costs toward a membership at any time on the day of your visit. The number and type of applicable tickets varies with the membership level you purchase. Present your receipt from your admission to the museum that day at the front desk.
How do I download my digital membership card?
You will receive an email from the Children’s Museum via our Doubleknot software. If you cannot find your email, call us at 337-426-1559, and we can re-send it.
What is the ACM Reciprocal Network benefit?
As a family of 4 member level or higher, you may visit other ACM (Association of Children’s Museums) museums participating in their reciprocal network. The ACM Reciprocal Network offers 50% off admission for up to six (6) people to participating museums. The cardholder must be present for discounted admission.
